ARTICLE 142: REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE REST OF THE COUNTRY HOUSEHOLD GOODS
The merchandise referred to in article 61, section VIII of this Law (LA: Art. 61), may be consumed by the inhabitants of the populations located in the borderline fringe.
Customs authorities may authorize residents in the fringes and border regions (LA: Art. 136) to change their house to populations of the rest of the country, the internment of their household goods (RLA: Art. 100) used without paying the general import tax, as long as they prove that they have resided in said fringes and border regions for more than one year and that the merchandise have been acquired at least six months before they intend to intern them.
