    • FIRST TRANSITORY ARTICLE

    This Decree will enter into force on January 1st, 2020, except:

  • The amendment to article 12 (LFD: Art. 12) of the Federal Rights Law (Ley Federal de Derechos), which will enter into force on April 1st, 2020.

    •  

  • The repeal of section XI of article 232 (LFD: Art. 232) of the Federal Rights Law (Ley Federal de Derechos), which will take effect from the entry into force of the provisions referred to in articles 12, section XXXIV and 72 of the Electric Industry Law (Ley de la Industria Eléctrica), issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission (Comisión Reguladora de Energía).

    As long as the aforementioned provisions do not come into force, shall continue to apply the section XI of article 232 (LFD: Art. 232) of the Federal Rights Law (Ley Federal de Derechos) regarding the infrastructure of the National Electric System on which the Energy Regulatory Commission (Comisión Reguladora de Energía) has not issued the respective provisions in terms of the Electric Industry Law (Ley de la Industria Eléctrica).
