ARTICLE 184B: FINES APPLICABLE TO THE INFRACTIONS OF ARTICLE 184A
Regardless of the other sanctions that apply, the following fines will be applied to those who commit the infractions related to the obligation to transmit the information regarding the value of the merchandise and the other data related to its marketing, as well as those related to its transportation referred to in article 184-A of Law (LA: Art. 184A):
