ARTICLE 190: INFRINGEMENTS RELATED TO THE IMPROPER USE OF BADGES
The person who commits the infractions related to the improper use of identification badges used in the fiscal precinct, who:
Wear an identification badge that is not their own. (LA: Art. 191)
Allow a third party to use their own identification badge (LA: Art. 191). It is understood that this conduct is performed when the holder does not report in writing to the customs authorities the theft or loss thereof within a period not exceeding twenty-four hours, and this has been used by a person other than its owner.
Carry out any procedure related to the clearance of merchandise, wearing a visitor's badge. (LA: Art. 191)
