    • ARTICLE 193: FINES APPLICABLE TO THE INFRINGEMENTS OF ARTICLE 192

     

    The following sanctions will be applied to those who commit infractions related to the security or integrity of the customs facilities provided for in article 192 of this Law (LA: Art. 192):

     

  • Fine of $12,440.00 to $16,580.00, as indicated in section I.

    •  

  • Fine of $16,580.00 to $20,740.00, as indicated in section II, as well as the repair of the damage caused.

    •  

  • Fine of $16,580.00 to $20,740.00, if it is the one indicated in section III.

    •  

    To the offenders who contribute to the funds referred to in article 202 of this Law (LA: Art. 202), an amount equivalent to the fine imposed on them under the terms of this article, shall be deemed released from the obligation to pay said fine.
