RULE 1.4.3: AUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE AFFILIATED CUSTOMS

For the purposes of the provisions of article 163, section III of the Law (LA: Art. 163), customs agents may request authorization to change the affiliated customs, before the Central Administration of Customs Legal Support (Administración Central de Apoyo Jurídico de Aduanas), in accordance with procedure file 11 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A).
