RULE 1.4.14: NOTICE OF INCORPORATION OF THE SUBSTITUTE CUSTOMS AGENT INTO COMPANIES PREVIOUSLY CONSTITUTED BY THE CUSTOMS AGENTS THEY SUBSTITUTE
Customs agents that have the patent authorization for substitution, in accordance with the provisions of rule 1.4.11. (RGCE 2020: Regla 1.4.11), may join companies formed to facilitate the provision of their services as customs agent, those companies that have been incorporated by the substitute customs agent and registered with the Central Administration of Customs Legal Support (Administración Central de Apoyo Jurídico de Aduanas) in terms of the rule 1.4.7 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (Reglas General del Comercio Exterior) for 2018, before December 21, 2018.
For this purpose, customs agents must submit a notice, in accordance with procedure file 139 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A).
