    • FIRST TRANSITORY ARTICLE

    This Decree will enter into force as of January 1st, 2021, except for the addition of articles 244-H (LFD: Art. 244H) and 244-I (LFD: Art. 244I) of the Federal Rights Law (Ley Federal de Derechos), which will enter into force according to the following:

  • On January 1st, 2024, when the corresponding concessions are granted no later than November 30, 2021.

  • On January 1st, 2025, when the corresponding concessions are granted as of December 1, 2021.
