RULE 2.3.6: AUTHORIZATION TO PROVIDE LOADING, UNLOADING AND MANEUVERING SERVICES

For the purposes of article 14-C (LA: Art. 14C) of the Law, the legal entities interested in providing the services of loading, unloading, and maneuvering of merchandise within the fiscal precincts, must request authorization, in accordance with procedure file 48 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A).
