RULE 2.4.6: WEEKLY INFORMATION OF THE MEXICAN POSTAL SERVICE (SEPOMEX)

For the purposes of articles 21, section VII (LA: Art. 21) of the Law and 36 (RLA: Art. 36) of the Regulation, the Mexican Postal Service (Servicio Postal Mexicano) will send on a weekly basis to the General Customs Administration (Administración General de Aduanas) the following information:

I. Merchandise that are returned to the national territory.

II. Merchandise of foreign origin that enter the national territory.

III. Merchandise that return to the sender.

This information will be provided through magnetic means or, through the Customs Electronic System (Sistema Electrónico Aduanero), by electronic or digital document.
