ARTICLE 70: MERCHANDISE THAT HAVE PRIORITY FOR CUSTOMS RECOGNITION

For the purposes of article 43 of the Law (LA: Art. 43), the Customs Recognition of the merchandise must be done in chronological order of presentation of the customs declarations (pedimentos) or relative requests before the Automated Selection Mechanism; However, priority is given to explosive, flammable, corrosive, contaminating, radioactive, perishable or easily decomposable materials and live animals.
