ARTICLE 71: MERCHANDISE THAT REQUIRE FACILITIES OR SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR SAMPLING

For the purposes of article 45 of the Law (LA: Art. 45), merchandise that require special facilities or equipment are considered to be those whose opening of the container or packaging that contains them and exposure to environmental conditions, causes them damage or uselessness for the purposes that were conceived.
