RULE 3.3.4: AUTHORIZATION TO IMPORT HOUSEHOLD GOODS FOR STUDENTS AND RESEARCHERS

For the purposes of articles 61, section VII (LA: Art. 61) of the Law, 100 (RLA: Art. 100), 101, penultimate and last paragraph (RLA: Art. 101) and 104 (RLA: Art. 104) of the Regulation, national students and researchers who return to the country after residing abroad for at least one year, may request authorization to import their household goods, in accordance with procedure file 65 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A), without the need for the presentation of the declaration certified by the Mexican consulate of the place where they resided.
