RULE 4.3.12: TRANSFER OF AUTO PARTS TO THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

Companies in the auto parts industry that are located in the border region or fringe and that alienate parts and components to companies in the automotive terminal or manufacturing of motor vehicles located in the rest of the national territory, in accordance with the rule 4.3.11. (RGCE 2020: Regla 4.3.11), may carry out the transfer of said merchandise to the rest of the national territory, provided that prior to their transfer, they present the format called "Notice for the transfer of auto parts located in the border region or fringe to the automotive terminal or manufacturing of motor vehicles in the rest of the national territory" of Annex 1.
