RULE 4.5.1: AUTHORIZATION TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE OF STORAGE OF MERCHANDISE IN THE FISCAL DEPOSIT AND / OR AFFIX LABELS OR SEALS

For the purposes of articles 119 (LA: Art. 119), 119-A (LA: Art. 119A) of the Law, 177 (RLA: Art. 177) and 178 (RLA: Art. 178) of the Regulation, those interested in obtaining authorization to provide the service of storage of merchandise in the fiscal deposit and / or affix labels or seals, must submit a request in accordance with procedure file 106 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A.
