RULE 4.8.1: AUTHORIZATION TO ALLOCATE MERCHANDISE TO THE STRATEGIC CONTROLLED PREMISES REGIME AND ITS CANCELLATION

For the purposes of article 135-A (LA: Art. 135A) of the Law, those interested in obtaining authorization to allocate merchandise to the strategic controlled premises regime, must submit their request, in accordance with procedure file 116 / LA (Customs Law) and, in addition to the above, comply with procedure file 132 / LA and 133 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A).

People authorized to allocate merchandise to the strategic controlled premises regime in accordance with the previous paragraph, may request the voluntary cancellation of their authorization, in accordance with the provisions of procedure file 134 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A).
