ARTICLE 8: MEMBERS OF THE FOREIGN TRADE COMMISSION AND THE MIXED COMMISSION FOR THE PROMOTION OF EXPORTS

The presidency (RLCE: Art. 10) (RLCE: Art. 188) and the technical secretariat (RLCE: Art. 11) (RLCE: Art. 189) of both commissions will be in charge of the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1). The Federal Executive will determine the dependencies, entities and bodies (RLCE: Art. 2) (RLCE: Art. 178) which will comprise each Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) and regulate its operation.
