ARTICLE 25: REQUIREMENT TO DEMAND THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN LABELING IN IMPORTS

The Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1), after consulting the Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1), may require that a merchandise imported into the national territory be labeled with the country of origin where the name of that country is indicated. (LCE: Art. 9)
