ARTICLE 89A: THE PROCEDURE OF RANGE OF PRODUCT

Once a definitive compensatory fee has been determined, interested parties may request the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) to resolve if a merchandise is subject to said compensatory fee; If the request is appropriate, it will initiate the procedure of range of product within 20 days of its submission; and will issue the final resolution within 60 days of its beginning. These resolutions must be published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación). (RLCE: Art. 117A)
