RULE 1.4.2: AUTHORIZATION AND EXTENSION OF THE CUSTOMS AGENT´S MANDATARY

For the purposes of the provisions of article 160, section VI of the Law (LA: Art. 160), customs agents must request authorization and, where appropriate, an extension of the customs agent´s mandatary, in accordance with procedure file 10 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A).

People who obtain a customs agent's patent may designate the mandataries who were authorized at the time of the event of death, permanent disability or voluntary withdrawal of the customs agent whose patent they obtain, in accordance with procedure file 12 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A -(RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A).

Customs agents may revoke the authorizations of their mandataries, in accordance with procedure file 13 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A .
