RULE 1.12.15: COMPLIANCE WITH OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMS AGENCY

For the purposes of articles 167-F, sections IX and X (LA: Art. 167F) of the Law, Transitory Third of the "Decree by which they are amended, added and repealed various provisions of the Customs Law (Ley Aduanera)", published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on June 25, 2019, the customs agency will present the notices and information in the terms that are established in the following processing files contained in Annex 1-A (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A):

I. 135 / LA (Customs Law) (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A), Notice of the modification of the corporate purpose of the companies previously constituted for the provision of services of the customs agent.

II. 136 / LA (Customs Law) (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A), Notice of relationship of customs agents with the Administrator or Deputy Administrator of customs.

III. 137 / LA (Customs Law) (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A), Notice of incorporation and disincorporation of partners of the customs agency.
