RULE 2.3.2: AUTHORIZATION AND EXTENSION OF THE STRATEGIC CONTROLLED PREMISES

For the purposes of articles 14-D of the Law and 190 (RLA: Art. 190) of the Regulation, the authorized strategic controlled premises are those listed in Appendix 21 of Annex 22 (RGCE 2020: Apendice 21), therefore, those interested in obtaining the authorization of a property for the introduction of merchandise under the regime of strategic controlled premises and the authorization for its administration or extension thereof, must submit their request in accordance with procedure file 46 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1A).
