ARTICLE 61: CONCILIATORY HEARING BETWEEN RELATED PARTIES

In the course of the administrative investigation, interested parties may request to the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) the holding of a conciliatory hearing (RLCE: Art. 86) (RLCE: Art. 87) (RLCE: Art. 88). At this hearing, formulas for the solution and conclusion of the investigation may be proposed, which, if applicable, will be sanctioned by the Ministry itself and incorporated into the respective resolution that will have the character of a final resolution. This resolution must be notified to interested parties and published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación).
