ARTICLE 73: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE COMMITMENT

In case the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) accepts the commitment from the exporter or from the government interested, will issue the appropriate resolution, declaring the administrative investigation suspended or terminated, which will be notified to the interested parties (RLCE: Art. 113) and will be published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) (RLCE: Art. 115). This resolution must be submitted to the opinion of the Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) prior to publication. The commitment assumed will be incorporated in the corresponding resolution together with the opinion of the Commission, in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of this Law. (LCE: Art. 6)
