ARTICLE 76: FINAL RESOLUTION FOR THE APPLICATION OF SAFEGUARD MEASURES

After the investigation for the application of safeguard measures, the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will send the final draft resolution to the Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) to express its opinion, prior to the publication of said resolution.

The resolution determining safeguard measures will be published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación), which must contain all pertinent issues of fact and law, and other data referred to in the Regulation. (RLCE: Art. 126) (RLCE: Art. 127)
