ARTICLE 81: PUBLIC HEARING TO PRESENT ARGUMENTS AND EVIDENCE
In the notification referred to in article 53 (LCE: Art. 53), the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will communicate to the interested parties the holding of a public hearing (RLCE: Art. 165) (RLCE: Art. 166) (RLCE: Art. 167) (RLCE: Art. 168) (RLCE: Art. 169) (RLCE: Art. 170) in which they may appear and present arguments in defense of their interests as well as, in the case of safeguard measures, present the relevant evidence. At that hearing, interested parties may question the other interested parties. In the case of investigations against unfair international trade practices, the hearings will be held after the publication of the preliminary resolution and before the publication of the final resolution.
