ARTICLE 28: CONCEPT OF UNFAIR INTERNATIONAL TRADE PRACTICE
Unfair international trade practices are the importation of merchandise in conditions of price discrimination (LCE: Art. 30) (RLCE: Art. 38) or of subsidies (LCE: Art. 37) in the exporting country, whether of origin or provenances, causing damage (LCE: Art. 39) to a branch of national production (LCE: Art. 40) of identical or similar merchandise (RLCE: Art. 37) in the terms of article 39 of this Law (LCE: Art. 39) (RLCE: Art. 1). Individuals or legal entities that import merchandise under conditions of unfair international trade practices will be obliged to pay a compensatory fee (LCE: Art. 3) in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
